Mr. Jones had a few days’ holiday, so he said; I'm going to go to the mountains by train. He put on his best clothes, took a small bag went to the station and got into the train. He had a beautiful hat, and he often put his head out of the window
during the trip and looked at the mountains. But the wind pulled his hat off.

Mr. Jones quickly took his old bag and threw that out of the window too.

The other people in the carriage laughed ‘Is your bag going to bring your beautiful hat back? They asked.

‘No, Mr. Jones answered, ‘but there is no name and no address in my hat, and there’s a name and an address on the bag. Someone’s going to find both of them near each other, and he’s going to send me the bag and the hat.

The Wolf and the Lamb

Wolf, meeting with a Lamb astray(سرگردان) from the fold(گله), resolved(تصمیم گرفت) not to lay violent(خشونت) hands on him, but to find some plea(بهانه) to justify to the Lamb the Wolf's right to eat him. He thus addressed him: "Sirrah,(یارو) last year you grossly(درشت) insulted(توهین) me." "Indeed," bleated(بع بع کردن) the Lamb in a mournful(سوگوارانه) tone of voice, "I was not then born." Then said the Wolf, "You feed in my pasture(چراگاه)." "No, good sir," replied the Lamb, "I have not yet tasted grass.(چمن)" Again said the Wolf, "You drink of my well." "No," exclaimed the Lamb, "I never yet drank water, for as yet my mother's milk is both food and drink to me." Upon which the Wolf seized(قاپیدن) him and ate him up, saying, "Well! I won't remain supper-less, even though you refute(رد کردن) every one of my imputations(نسبت دادن)." The tyrant (ستمگر)will always find a pretext for his tyranny(ستم).

 A real-life Noah’s Ark

یک مهندی هلندی حذوذ سه سال پیش کار شبیه سازی کشتی حضرت نوح را انجام داد و در حال حاضر مراحل نهایی آن را انجام می دهد. جان هوبرت مهندس اهل آمستردام ساخت این کشتی را به صورت full scale یعنی با مقیاس صد در صد انجام داد. البته جان  که یک کارشناس سازنده است در طراحی جزییات آن همه چیز را در نظر گرفته است. زبان آموزان عزیز متن زیر را به طور کامل و چندین مرتبه با دقت بخوانید و کلمات کلیدی و جدید را برای خود یادداشت کنید امیدوارم مورد توجه شما قرار گیرد.

An hour outside(بیرون) of Amsterdam in Dordrecht, Netherlands(هلند), a ship is under

 construction(ساخت). But this ain't your typical sailboat, bub. Johan Huibers is building a full-

scale replica of Noah's ark.

Yes, that Noah's ark. And Johan, an expert builder, isn't skimping(خسیسانه ) on the details.

The ship, which he's been constructing for the past three years, is built to biblical(مربوط به

 انجیل) specs. Johan culled information(اطلاعات) on the ark's size and shape directly from the

 good book. In the end, the ship is four stories high and the length of a football field. And yes, it's

 seaworthy.

The result(نتیجه) is an incredibly(باور نکردنی) impressive ship, especially considering it was

 realized simply by a man with a dream--or, perhaps, a nightmare(کابوس). Johan dreamt that

 Holland suffered(رنج بردن) a great flood. The next morning, he woke up determined to start

 preparing for that worst-case scenario.

The ship, which is not to be confused(گیج شدن) with the theme park in Kentucky that also

 honors Noah's ark, is generating(ایجاد کردن) a lot of interest in the search box. Over the past

 24 hours, online lookups for "noah's ark photos" and "Noah's ark real ship" have surged. As for

 the craft proper, it's not complete yet, but it's getting close. The master plan is to sail the ship

 up the Thames in time for the London Olympics next year. Expect(انتظار داشتن) to see plenty

 of life-size plastic animals aboard (two of each type, of course).
